There is a 10$ deposit per pallet of grass you order for the pallet it comes on. If you manage to return the pallet we will refund you for the full 10$. Please have your order number available for us to process the refund.

The price reflects the cost of the grass plus the pallet deposit.

A pallet covers 450 sqft or 50 yds.

100% full sun grass. Requires 7-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. High drought tolerance and recovery rate. Low maintenance. Hardy and handles high traffic areas.
