There is a 10$ deposit per pallet of grass you order for the pallet it comes on. If you manage to return the pallet we will refund you for the full 10$. Please have your order number available for us to process the refund.

The price reflects the cost of the grass plus the pallet deposit.

A pallet covers 450 sqft or 50 yds.

Tiff 419 is your "golf course" grass with a finer blade. Requires 100% full sun with a minimum of 7-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. High drought tolerance and recovery rate. Looks best when mowed more frequently and kept short.
