There is a 10$ deposit per pallet of grass you order for the pallet it comes on. If you manage to return the pallet we will refund you for the full 10$. Please have your order number available for us to process the refund.

The price reflects the cost of the grass plus the pallet deposit.

A pallet covers 450 sqft or 50 yds.

Palmetto St. Augustine has smaller leaves, larger density, and deeper rooting compared to Raleigh. Slightly more shade and drought-resistant compared to Raleigh. Requires 3-4 hours of direct sunlight per day. Moderate maintenance and recovery rate.
